Part A:
The paradigm I think is the close to adequate to explain abnormal carriage is the cognitive paradigm. The cognitive paradigm explains abnormal behavior the outgo because it ties in the past with the present. How the experiences someone endured in their past attend to determine their present behaviors. The cognitive paradigm also determines how race make sense of their thoughts and feelings. Whether a person feels their thoughts are normal or abnormal help to determine their behaviors associated with their thoughts.

Biting my nails

2:30 pm – academic term at my desk at work
7:30 pm – sitting at national on couch
10:00 pm – laying in bed
Tuesday – 7:30 am – sitting at my desk at work
10:30 am – sitting at my desk at work
9:00 pm – laying on my couch
Wednesday – 8:15 am – sitting at my desk at work
5:30pm – sitting on my couch at home
Thursday – 8:30 am - sitting at my desk at work
10:00 am – sitting at my desk at work
6:45 pm – sitting on my couch at home
10:15 pm – laying in bed
Friday – 10:00 am – sitting at my desk at work
2:00 pm – sitting at my desk at work
6:45 – sitting on my couch at home
9:00 – sitting on my couch at home

I was not surprised by how often I insect bite my nails because it has been a habit which I have had since I was younger. I realized by tracking when I bite my nails that it happens the most often when I am not doing anything and just sitting around. If I were to try and keep myself busy perhaps the absolute frequency of my nail biting would decrease.
