The fall in States has cardinal of the most technologically advanced wellness complaint bodys in the world. It also has a health care system with one of the highest cost for health care services and is not accessible to all United States citizens. The following is a proposal to incorporate the existing health care system of the United States into a new system that will be to a greater extent cost effective and more accessible to all United State citizens.

Long Term Care is other concern for the United States. The advancements in technology and the high fictitious character of health care are expanding the acheevity of the citizens of the United States. fleck the focal point of long term care is to entertain people mobile and self sufficient for as long as possible, it is becoming a major concern of how to care for these affected roles once they are no longer mobile or self sufficient (Barsukiewicz, C., Raffel, M.,& Raffel, N. 2002).



Families are no longer fitting to step in and care for elderly or change parents or family members due to work and living arrangements. There engage to be more case managers hired. These case managers need lengthy training in order to help the family make the surpass choices for their family member. Building more long term care facilities with more space to accept patients is a step in the remunerate direction. Other improvements for long term care would be that these facilities be run more like hospitals. These facilities would be monitored more practically in order to identify elder or patient abuse problems. There would also be more than one Registered nurse on duty.
