First Day of Work Narrative

9/13/12 Nobodys first twenty-four hour period at a cutting line of products is easy, and Im no exception. Cranky doesnt precipitate close to describe how I feel. Today is my first day at my new job, and it entitles that I have to maturate up at 5 oclock. So I shake up washed and dressed with an ill tempered attitude, but excessively with an eagerness to make a good impression. I bolt breakfast believing that I wouldnt be that hungry. later a short walk, I arrive at my new job, Petco. When I walk in my new boss says, Hey chum are you ready to work. I said, Sure without penetrating what was to come in the near future. He takes me to the back of the butt in in back stock room where all the additional bags go. To my confusion, it wasnt just little bags but forty pounds bags 7 feet tall, cages heavy enough to pull your back out, even bedding bags that would need a tag team just to get in your car. I was way out of my league. Luckily, I didnt have to work by myself. I had cardinal co-workers to my aid. cardinal Pat and the other one was Tim. They were around my age so it was nice to have someone to talk to while working. later on a few hours Pat asked, Corey are you still viable back. I didnt involve to tell him that I was ready to capitulation to my knees and pray for my arms not to fall off.



Im doing just fine, I could stay for some other hour, I said even though that was very the fear that was going through my head for the past two hours. The watch on my arm at this point was my essential enemy. Feeling like two hours has gone by has in fact exactly been fifteen minutes. Ive been here only for two hours and I had six hours left to go. If there wasnt anyone near the door, Im pretty sure I would have tried to escape and never come back. Truthfully, Im not big on animals. Yet, sadly that was take leave of the job.
