The ethical issues presented in the simulation are whether to warn consumers and what information to provide about the contamination in product broadcastd and sold. There was also an issue of how to care for new FDA standards that affect the sell of products in the United States as well as foreign countries. In making my decision on how to ethically address the issues, I first self-contained all the facts. From the lab results email, I was informed of the health risks to consumers and who was progressively affected by the contaminant. I was also able to chance the risk level and if it met the FDA standards although this changed in the second simulation. With the FDA changes, I had to be knowledgeable of how much of the sold products in the United States were foul; and whether the products met foreign countries standards and regulations.



Thus determining if it was ethical to sell/distribute to countries with low or no regulations without taking away the responsibility for a country to set such standards for their citizens. By identifying the ethical issues, I was able to focus on the effects of the decision I had to make. I had to consider all the stakeholders. Stakeholders being those promptly involved and affected in the situation. In both situations the stakeholders were rattling similar with a slight difference based on the legality of the situation. Knowing whom the stakeholders was I had to actively think of the mo it will have on them based on my decision.
