PERSONAL ESSAY: acquisition STYLES
Learning demeanors are highly complex and unique to circumstantial individuals as we all bunco variously. There are different types of schooling styles; some people have a special learning style while some people in known to have combinations of styles. Either by Audio, visual, or by hands-on we can always figure out which oneness works best for us by examining or analyzing which learning style is the best in helping us acquire a clearer understanding of how we learn and process information. In this in-person essay, I allow for analyze and show a personal reflection of my learning strategy through a specific analysis of different learning styles. Through this evaluation, I will be able to develop a structured conception for improvement for my learning skills.
Im seeking a college degree in Criminal justice to help me go by in my career as Law enforcement officer. However, to succeed in acquiring this college degree, I have to learn what my learning style is to make it easier for me. According to Diane Lamarche-Bisson (2002 Pg.
268), she concluded that learning style is a way of acquiring knowledge and processing information, it also affects how we learn, how we bat problems, and how we work, how we participate in different activities, how we react in a group, and how we relate to others around us.
Therefore, I completed the learning styles list mental testing through Attribute advanogy. After completing the assessment, I discovered somewhat surprisingly that I am about strongly developed in social, visual, physical and logical styles. I also completed the Learning style inventory test by White, J (2009) which is mostly focused on the categories of Visual, Auditory, and haptic learning and learned that I have a tactile learning style.
